This retrospective study examined the cases of fifty-two patients with infected diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), all of whom had been treated from June 2019 to May 2021. A division of patients was made into a Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) group and a control group. In the PMMA group, 22 patients received antibiotic-infused bone cement, along with standard wound debridement procedures, in contrast to the control group, where 30 patients experienced only the standard wound debridement.
